Really secure - lid was fantastic. The ceramic meant no horrible metal taste which was the idea behind purchasing. Really easy to clean, as the lid isn’t too complex. Size wise, just right for my car holder so really pleased!

I bought this cup to use at work at my desk and it is perfect for that. It is stylish, chic and keeps my tea hot for ages which is exactly what I'm looking for. It's not the lightest cup with or without tea, but I knew it wouldn't be because A) it's big (I like big cups of tea) and B) it's ceramic! I love it - well worth the money :-)

This is a very nice travel mug for taste but it’s heavy, so not ideal for actual travel. It’s also not completely leakproof, so need to be a bit careful. Still, 4 stars because the ceramic ensures that the flavour is true.

Not leakproof but great for hot / cold drinks in car ceramic inner great for a decent cup of tea large volume not as robust as metal travel mug but great for experience of china mug on the go

Good: looks, feel, great quality & doesn’t affect drink taste . Bad; heavy to hold, not a great hole/lip for drinking and coffee goes too cold within 10 mins. I’m returning because of fast loss of temperature

Absolutely brilliant. I previously had a stainless steel travel mug. This is ceramic so it is more pleasant to drink from (there is no unpleasant after taste), easier to clean and does serve its purpose as a travel mug due to the decent fitting lid.

Disappointing purchase, item looks good but poor performance. Lid does not seal and liquid leaks from the top. Absolutely zero insulation. This is not a travel mug!!!

Looks lovely and easy to clean. Quite large so holds a lot of liquid and fits into cup holder slots quite easily. Does get quite hot to the touch initially. My tea definitely tastes better in this than metal/plastic/bamboo cups.

I usually don't bother with writing reviews but I absolutely LOVE this travel mug, nothing like ceramic to make coffee taste better and not like metal. This is not leak-proof just leak resistant which the ad does not claim it to be leak-proof so I was not surprised at all by this. This being the only negative that I can find to this great mug. It keeps it hot enough for the length of time I need it and if it gets cold I can throw it in the microwave which I love... can't do that with a metal one and it keeps it hot about as long as a metal one does anyway. It's super easy to clean, no gunk buildup around the mouth piece because it's super easy to clean and honestly I like how it feels in my hands & it fits beautifully in my "too shallow of a cup holder" because the rubber part squishes slightly so it molds into it so it doesn't fall out like all the other travel mugs I've had in the past. I will be buying more of these in the near future for sure!

This mug is just about perfect. Ya it’s not leak-proof with only a pressure-fit lid, but I didn’t expect it to be so that part doesn’t bother me. The lid doesn’t dribble when I drink and that’s the only leaking that would bother me. I got this mug to use in the house as I have mobility issues and cannot easily get up to refresh or heat my tea, but I still wanted a ceramic mug to preserve the fresh taste (versus the metal travel mug I had been using). This mug is the perfect size and shape and keeps my tea quite warm even in the basement office, which is usually a chilly 17°C. It’s a solid/heavy build, is very easy to clean, and the silicone sleeve keeps the exterior comfortable to hold even with very hot liquid in the cup. I’m very happy with this purchase!

I love this mug. It's really beautifully made, and the color is gorgeous. It keeps my tea hot maybe 15 minutes longer than a regular mug. But if you're having it at home, you can pop it in the microwave to heat it if you haven't finished. I have a bad right hand, so the outside cover is great for me because it prevents slipping out of my hand. I've read people complaining of how the inside stains, but I found if you rinse it when you're finished drinking your tea, I haven't had any staining. I put a drop of dish soap in it with hot water and let it sit until I feel like washing the dishes. It is not leak proof. The lid helps keep it from splashing when you're walking, but it is not tip proof.
