Best seasoning for everything! SO versatile!! We use it in soups, beans, casseroles, in a rub for grilling or smoking meats, even on popcorn! I’ve been using it since I discovered it in the early 80s. Delicious blend and people ask me all the time, “What’s in this? How did you season this!”

How to Eat More Veggies
I grew up with this seasoning on everything, and now as a parent myself, I appreciate the ingredients and flavor even more. It goes with every veggie I’ve tried it on, it’s not spicy, but adds enough interest that I much prefer it to plain salt. This is the reason I eat any veggies at all!

The best salt and spices combination.
I've been using Spike since the 70s. I was a vegetarian back then. It was used by people like me and it has grown in loyal customers. Still, I urge you to try it. Buy it through Amazon. The freshness is excellent.
