Would not buy again!!

Took out of package, balloons were all stuck together, inflated and all the paint was removed! This was for my nieces birthday and couldn’t use in the end! Also if you are looking for balloons that actually inflate and float do not buy these! Very disappointed would not buy or recommend! Waste of money!!
