Just purchase the showerhead installed it so easily I even used the existing showerhead hanger fits perfect, the only thing that I didn't like about it was the braided shower hose. I found it to be flimsy so I used my existing showerhead hose and it's perfect, I'm telling you the beads really help with the hard water. My skin feels so much cleaner, softer and smooth. Even my hair feels soft. I am 71 years old and I am loving this showerhead. Great job on the design, I had one that was a different manufacturer, same principle, but he did not have the shower beads. It also puts out good pressure compared to all other heads.

All my 6 showers have this shower heads and have maintained it over the past several years because it is not only useful, it is also beneficial for health due to the filtering beads. The customer service is also impressive. One time, one of the shower head plastic portion - the one containing the beads, started to crack due to repeated falls. In time it will break. This is way past the Amazon 30 day return/refund window. So I wrote the company asking where and how I can buy 1 or 2 of this plastic parts only. Customer Service promptly responded that they were going to send me the part for free. But when I received their package, it contained 2 boxes of the full shower head sets. I was pleasantly surprised and am grateful. Thank you. Nita Usero

I'll begin with the shower head itself--WOW!! Wonderful pressure and spray pattern. And, my hair and skin are so much healthier than they were before I began using this. I honestly didn't expect that sort of a difference. I wanted to filter out harmful chemicals from my water, but I didn't expect it to make a difference in my hair and skin. Again, WOW! My hair is softer and more lustrous than it has been in more than a decade. I LOVE this shower head. NOW, for the customer service--TRIPLE WOW! I damaged the shower head when I was installing it. It still worked but the performance was compromised. I sent an email to the address provided on the box insert asking to purchase the part I had damaged. I quickly heard back from their team, telling me that they would simply send me a brand new shower head FOR FREE. And it arrived in three days! I HIGHLY recommend this product and company!

I bought this over a year ago, still working great and it came with extra beads for inside it but I have yet to change them out..

I would give no stars if possible, I've used shower heads w/ minerals for over 10 yrs. The spouts were the water comes out were bigger, and I loved them. This one the holes are tiny water comes out it feels like a million needles and is very painful, have to get pressure as low as I can and still extremely painful . Also not very tall so by the time the water hits me even with cold water off it's not that warm, when take to use hand held up close it's too hot, so have to keep adjusting temperature. Nothing good about this one but the minerals . DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

The first few weeks, we all really enjoyed it. Cool design. We loved the gentle spray created by the super-fine holes in the shower-head. It feels quite different than the spray from most other shower-heads, very soothing. The main defect with this product is that, after a few weeks, the mineral stones (that serve as a filter/water softener) become prone to decomposing as the water races through and they bang against each other. They break down into a fine sand-like material that clogs the super-fine holes in the shower-head, causing the water to spray out all over the place. The less holes available for the water to spray out of, the greater the velocity of the water that sprays out of the remaining holes, which can be an unpleasant sensation. Then, to solve the problem, you have to remove the metal disc with the holes and wash out all the sand, which sometimes stays lodged in the holes making it a little more difficult to remove. You have to do it carefully so all the other parts (like the spring and 2 small balls) don't fall out and run down the drain, as almost happened to me. Once clean, it only lasts for a day or two and then it's back to spraying out at all angles again. That's way too much maintenance to have to deal with! That's why I'm going to just remove all the mineral stones and continue using the shower-head and I'm sure it will be fine even though it won't serve as a filter/water softener. However, people with hard water should probably avoid this product because (especially without the balls to soften the water) the super-fine holes are going to be far more prone to problems with clogging from hard, mineral rich water. If the product's sales team or manufacturers are reading this, I think the product has a lot of potential but encourage you to simply find a better, more durable material for the balls than what you're using now. (Maybe high-fired unglazed ceramic balls?) It would also be nice if one could remove the perforated metal plate without the risk of all the moving parts falling out. In the course of trying to figure out how to put the parts that fell out back together properly, I consulted the instructions and discovered that whoever drew the diagram only drew it will one ball instead of two, which made it slightly more challenging to figure out where it belonged for the different modes to work properly. Despite the various defects I've mentioned, I'm still giving this shower-head a 4-star rating because overall, I still like it better than most of the other shower-heads I've used and the price is fair.

I ordered and I received a low quality shower head that cost 55 ep! Nothing relaed with what you see in the product picture...no hose, no water pressure botton in the head, nothing...just the simplest plastic low quality showr head with a few balls inside. THIS US A FRAUD AND I WILL BE WAITING FOR RECEIVING MY MONEY BACK
