Hello, short of actually bolting the frame to the floor. Does anyone have any ideas on how to keep the frame from sliding? With weights or otherwise

Hi. My 9 and 6 year old are using this on a laminate floor with a crash mat in the middle and they’re pretty brutal to it. I haven’t had a slippage issue at all- I think the rubber trim bits are working? I assume you’ve got the central legs adjusted right to the floor? Try in on a different floor surface if you can? Otherwise I would get the product replaced.

Is it for a 4 year old?

Hello It can be adjusted in hight so yes it would fit a 4 yr old

What size of crash mat should I use?

We used a regular gym mat- just type In gymnastics mat standard ones fit fine
