Have only used it for Pullman loaf but it worked wonderfully, perfect even browning and easy to remove!

Delivered last night and used for first time today. I used a sandwich loaf recipe using 430 grms of bread flour. 57% hydration.First time using a Pullman pan and Im pleasantly surprised. Easy to use and resulted in perfect shaped slices for toast and sandwichesThere are only 2 of us and this 1.5 lb tin size suits perfectly. I can also use it in my smart pro oven, the lid prevents the bread from catching on the oven elements. I love this little tin and wish I had bought one sooner. Tempted to buy another, but all budgeted out for now.Maybe next month.

Stampo eccezionale, ho preparato uno squisito Panbriosche con marmellata e ne sono felicissima.Assolutamente antiaderente, è sufficiente lasciar raffreddare l’impasto e viene via che è una meraviglia. Consiglio impasto di 250/300 grammi, ora ne compro subito un altro così posso fare più cose.Stampo top, decisamente voto 10!

Ich war lange auf der Suche nach einer echten Sauerteig-festen Kastenform für Toast und andere Kastenbrote. Ich bin von der Qualität und Verarbeitung der Form sehr begeistert, zumal mir auch mein erstes Dinkel-Vollkornbrot mit Sauerteig bei sehr langen Gärzeiten von mehr als 24 Stunden darin so Hervorragend gelungen ist, dass ich künftig keinen Bäcker mehr aufsuchen werde. Das Brot schmeckt super Lecker und hält sich durch lange Gärzeit auch lange Frisch. Die Perfekte Form für kleine Brote, die man nach 3/4 der Backzeit (sobald sich das Brot aus der Form ohne jegliches Hilfsmittel lösen lässt) einfrieren kann und nach ein paar Tagen aus dem Tiefkühler auftauen und erneut darin backen kann. Man benötigt dazu jeweils nur ein klein wenig Öl was ich mit einem Küchentuch auftrage, um Kratzer zu vermeiden. Ein Klasse Produkt zum Weiterempfehlen!

I actually used this pan and found it was just the perfect addition to my kitchen. In fact, I have retired my other bread pans and this will be my main squeeze. The bread released easily and was just the right size. The beauty about this pan is the ability to bake and store the final product because of the wonderful addition of the sliding cover. Couldn't ask for more,
