What I liked the most is that the capsules are easy to take and adapt very well to my daily life. I chose this presentation because liposomal technology is designed to protect vitamin C and promote its absorption. The quality of the brand gives me confidence and the packaging is practical to keep the supplement organized and take it when I travel.

I used to take 'regular' vitamin C. I started taking it when I noticed a 'heavy chest' sensation whenever I would stay awake too long (I suffer with insomnia). I don't know why this happens, but it also happens to a friend of mine, who recommended the vitamin C. However, I read that Liposomal C is even more affective overall. When I started taking it, I noticed it had helped relieve constipation when taken at a higher dose (3 pills). Supplement brands are also important, I have noticed. Some brands are more effective than others. Overall, the NOW brand has been one of the best and for a reasonable price.

I’ve been using this liposomal vitamin C for a bit now, and overall I’d say it’s a solid supplement, just not one where you’re going to notice anything dramatic right away. It’s supposed to help with absorption compared to standard vitamin C, which is nice in theory and part of what makes it feel a bit more “premium.” I also like that it’s pretty clean ingredient-wise and easy to take daily without upsetting my stomach, which can sometimes happen with higher-dose vitamin C. In terms of actual effects, it’s subtle. I can’t say I feel a huge difference day to day, but I do feel like it’s a good addition for general immune support and overall health, especially during times when I want a little extra coverage. It’s more about consistency than immediate results. Capsules are easy enough to take, and the bottle lasts a while, which makes it convenient. Overall, it feels like a dependable, good-quality product from a brand that’s pretty consistent. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because it does what it’s supposed to do, but doesn’t really stand out in a noticeable way compared to other vitamin C options.

These are not your parents old vitamin c supplements or those joke emergen Cs. Liposomal have way better bioavailability which means they are able to cross the blood-brain barrier and get to your cells more easily. Well worth the added cost cuz you are literally pi$$ing away your money on regular supplements. Do your research and you will see why liposomal rocks!

Awesome product, however, the shipping time is misleading. Although they do ship it within 3 days, they estimated after the fact that it will be up to 3 weeks upon delivery. Still waiting for my product.
