Item could not be fitted and the Seller has been dragging out the refund and not being helpful in our returning the itemsWe want to return,and expect a refund,but as stated all sorts of delaying tactics are being applied.

These headrest cushions (I bought two) are very good quality, have just a nice amount of give and firmness, and fit easily in both our cars. I bought them for the passenger seats as I am not sure that the driver should have such a comfortable headrest cushion! She or he may go to sleep. However, I may buy another one as an extra for the head restraint where the restraint fitted to the car leans back at quite a steep angle, and there is a significant gap between my head and the restraint. I think it might make a difference in an accident. Hope I don't get to test that one out.The cushion is easy to fit and the straps are adjustable. with a good length if you need that.Also, I received one cushion with two straps to fit it, and one with only one (different design). I contacted the seller stating that I prefer the two strap one and they have agreed to supply one of those.Very satisfied with this purchase; these are definitely what it says on the tin - not the cheapest but how much do you spend on your car anyway? You get two of these for the cost of half a tank of petrol.

I waited until we had done a longer trip to review this product, and I am very impressed with it. It is comfortable and provides excellent support, which the exisitng headrest in our mercedes does not . I am happy to recommend it, as it does exactly what i bought it for.

This was initially fine, fitting well around the top of the car seat and providing good support. However, after just a few weeks of use, the straps have loosened and no longer hold the cushion in place for even short journeys, quickly working its way up the back of the seat and then hanging loosely at the back of the head.I have had to stop using it as it was proving to be a dangerous distraction.

This is a really good head rest, excellent quality, and feels great, I bought it to attach to a desk chair, and it came with extra elastic ties so it fits perfectly

Made from a cool, leathery material.Nice and firm, one of the best cushions I tried.One non-adjustable strap, with a clip.

I bought this few years ago. Still have it. Looks good as new. Makes my neck feel so much comfortable when driving.I feel like I'm in a luxury car.Great comfort and support.It's great investment.
