Wonderful product - terrible delivery every time!
The prodcut is brilliant - I have been using it since it came out and I honestly believe it is protecting me during my regular tube and bus journeys, and with no perceivable side-effects whatsoever. However, the delivery is never by Amazon and always by Royal Mail, and every time I order this they get the date completely wrong, delaying and then delaying again, which is incredibly frustrating. One star down for this reason.
