Is this pure caustic soda powder with no extra ingredients added?

It is Caustic Soda and works extremely well for overnight drain unblocking but it is not pure Sodium Hydroxide. So, don't use it for food grade purposes.

Can it be used to make soap

This is not to my knowledge used to make soap you can use it as a cleaning solution but it must be a very diluted with water and always wear gloves, I've used it to clean paint work. Be cautious ⚠️
