Product Received in Poor Condition โ Digitek GoCAM DAC-101
I received my Digitek GoCAM DAC-101 yesterday, but I am extremely disappointed with the product. The packaging was dirty and worn out, the seal appeared to be damaged, and it did not look or feel like a brand-new product. It seems that I have received a used or previously returned unit, which is unacceptable. The camera itself did not have the fresh condition expected from a new product, the touchscreen is not working properly, and the overall camera quality is not up to the standard I expected. I purchased this camera with high expectations, but this experience has been very disappointing. I have attached photos for your reference and kindly request a replacement with a brand-new, properly sealed unit as soon as possible.

Waste for money
no cost of money it's very bad canera and also when I shoot complete a video after that playing that video it's Frist 5 second normally playing after 5 seconds it's going speed means 3x or 4x speed going it's means gecch getting in video recording, it's very bad for me, dear team u have to replace your product or kindly rapir this product

Low camera clearity as per the price
Just a simple chinese go cam with fake 48 mp cam. It's clearity is just like cheap 5MP cam no special OIS or any clearity enhance feature. Not up to expectations. A car's dashcam is capable to record better clearity

Good in outdoor, If the battery gets damaged then where to buy a new battery?
waste of money I recently bought this. The quality of this camera is good. Recently I talked to Digitech customer and ask to buy another battery for this he told me they don't provide additional batteries and chargers for this except 2 batteries with a box. If the battery gets damaged then where to buy a new battery?
