extra energy boost I needed
keeps me going. Have quite a busy time now and with days being short and dark I needed something to let me go a bit longer during the day. And guarana always works! Taking a week now and feel such a difference. Not so sleepy as used to be and much more on top of everything

Disappointing
I ordered 2 lots of Guarana as it works a dream when my FM holds me back. One was a bottle of the capsules for my bathroom cabinet and the other, supposedly, in a cardboard box. This was to keep in my cubbyhole for when I'm caught unawares. It did NOT arrive as advertised, but in a bottle which means I must now find a container to store it in, as bulky bottles are not a good thing to carry around. 🤬

Does what it says on the pack but can give to a bit of a slump mid afternoon if you take it in the morning- if to decide to take another mid afternnon you'll be up all night!

I personally need a stronger dose
As an energy drink drinker, I desire a higher dose than most and still do, but that is absolutely a personal preference. Overall I'd say it is worth the purchase even if only to see how it does for you.

Big guarana fan here! I usually use it in powder form but I really enjoyed the practicality of the capsules. This is good quality stuff.

J'avais choisi d'acheter ce produit pour son effet énergisant. Il n 'y a eu aucun effet, pire, Jai beaucoup dormi le jour de sa prise. Meme en augmentant les doses, rien n'y fait. Je vais reprendre mes comprimés de caféine. Déception.
