Surprise peanut allergen!
Contains peanuts! I'm allergic, so that's really not cool. The photo in the product listing says "ground nut oil", but it was not at all clear to me that means peanuts.

good but spicy
I was looking for more authentic podi masala online. I would say this is very close to the traditional recipe one. I found it little heavy on the chili side but I was okay with it since I like it spicy. The aroma is good, spices seem to be of good quality and they are roasted well. Next best option to home made podi masala. Always serve with pure ghee to activate the spices

Pleasant Flavour - Missing
The Idli powder is a value for money offering - OK. But I would like to make a suggestion to the manufacturer - please note the smell of the powder has to be good that will generate a sense of hunger - in case of the powder a strange oily - stale smell is coming, may be because of the OIL that's go into the making which needs to be looked into, though taste is reasonably fine if this odur factor can be improved may be taste will also be improving manifold. Please take this review seriously and do the needful.
