I work 60+ hours a week and workout 6x a week in the early mornings. I love this stuff! I take it daily, it gives me energy and an overall sense of well-being. It also helps relieve aches and pains. It took a little while to notice the effects, but I really felt the difference when I stopped taking it for about a month. Some of my old aches returned, discomfort I had almost forgotten about. Bought this product after doing research into NAD+ supplements and reading the detailed science on the benefits. So far it is completely as advertised - I feel great and have good energy after taking for a month. Obviously hard to tell with a supplement and I would advise everyone to read the research so you know the benefits are real. Packaging was great and pill is easy to swallow. My husband takes these and loves them, they give him a great feeling in the morning, but he does take a few more vitamins too! He does wish there was more of them.
