This a a very good pillow. I already had one and finally decided to buy another one. As a side sleeper, it is the right thickness and firmness such that it supports my head horizontally and keeps that weight off my shoulder better than any other pillow I have found. It is not so thick that it points my head upward and bends my neck. Rather it supports me straight horizontally. Each person has different body dimensions for shoulder width, etc., but for me personally, this pillow hit the sweet spot.

I bought 2 of these. I will say this is where honesty falls in. I bought the 3 for firmness and support. This is a heavy and firm pillow that contours to YOUR BODY FIT via the memory foami. My husband loves a firm bed and “this FIRM 3 pillow.” Call me mama-bear cause I think I prefer soft so, it is not for me. My husband raves that this pillow is just right considering he is most comfortable. Of when I used it, I did notice that if I started to feel too warm, I shifted my position and the shift provided an instant cooler spot. You might want to go into a mattress store and try these pillows out before you make your purchase. I’m not a heavy person, softer like a 2 might have been a better option for me. The older you get, softer might be more forgiving.

I tried SO many pillows trying to find the right one. This one is the perfect one for me! No more headaches, shoulder or neck pain. I finally get a good night's rest. Its the perfect combination of firm but soft. Keeps my head at the right level. Love it!!!!

Our whole family has used this brand’s pillows for years, in different sizes, and we always loved them. That’s why we bought this one again less than two years ago. Unfortunately, the quality is not the same. The material bulges and becomes stiff overnight, it feels softer at first, but by morning it’s very firm and causes neck pain. It’s not just me; my wife has the same issue. Very disappointed compared to the older versions.

I bought the 2.0 Balance pillow intended for back sleeping, as it was the recommended thickness on the size chart for my height and weight (5'9", 210 lb). Unfortunately, it just wasn't a good fit. When I laid on it, I initially felt like I sank in a bit, but then it felt surprisingly too firm underneath. It wasn't comfortable for back sleeping, and even trying to use it as a side pillow didn't work out. My back issues may be why the size chart felt entirely inaccurate for my needs so 3 stars. I think I will try the 0.0 and 1.0 thickness.

I went to Rooms to Go and saw these pillows selling for $200, on sale for $150. I took a snapshot of them and then checked Amazon. I found them at half the price of RTG’s normal price.
