Life Extension Vitamins D and K with Sea-Iodine, 90 Caps (Pack of 2)

For years I have had extremely low vitamin D levels. My levels were so low I was given a bone density scan at 30 years old. I have tried different forms of vitamin D which helped a little but my levels continued to be severly low. My doctor intorduced me to this brand and now my levels are where they should be. I recommend this product to anyone who suffers from low D levels.

Good quality supplement. I bought this for my husband. It was nice to find a supplement that has all of these to decrease the number of pills he has to take. Will continue to buy. Easy to swallow.

I have a subscription with ConsumerLabs.com which tests all supplements and gives them ratings. During the recent pandemic I wanted to be sure I was getting optimum levels of Vitamin D and checked out all the products tested independently by CL and Life Extension was far and away the best rated at the time. I chose the one with iodine because, well, why not? We don't us iodized salt any more and haven't for years.Concurrently my HRV as detected by my Oura ring was always super low, like in the 20s. It's always been a worry for me. After a few weeks of taking this supplement my HRV was in the 100s!! I believe it's the iodine. I ran out recently and guess what started tanking... my readiness score on my Oura ring including the HRV readings were trending back to the 20s. Another week of taking this supplement and my HRV is back into the 60s as an average. I'm telling everyone about it!!
