A Great Deal!
Love these. Saves my business a ton of money because we go through ink quickly. It’s so much cheaper than the name brand ink for my Brother printer. Arrives quickly and snaps into the printer perfectly. It also lasts just as long if not longer than the name brand stuff.

Disappointed! But Great Customer Service
Couldn’t get the black cartridge to work at all. Put the yellow cartridge in and it worked ok. Haven’t tried the other colors yet but the fact that the black cartridge won’t work is enough for me to not reorder from this company. Thought I was saving some money but if they don’t work, where’s the savings? Think I’ll just stick to the mfg cartridges.Update: Although the black cartridge didn't work, the other colors worked great. After leaving my initial review, I was contacted by the seller who offered a full refund. I am changing my review now to 5 stars, since the other colors have all worked with no issue. I'm assuming this was just a rare issue with the black cartridge.

Printer won’t recognize cartridges.
Had to throw them in the trash. Couldn’t get printer to recognize them at all. Brand new printer and the Miroo brand worked flawlessly so far in this printer. Have used tons of Jarbo on other brother printers with no issues. We got one of the Ikong to work so I wouldn’t recommend from our experience as it was money thrown down the drain...

Good ink at a good price.
The print quality is excellent, although the black is not as dark as I would like. My printer, MFC-J6530DW, tells me the new cartridges are low, but then goes on and prints. The price is very good, the cartridges last for many copies

Quality I came to trust
Having purchased ink cartridges from other vendors and had problems, but decided to give one more try with iKong After installing I got great results with the print quality. When I ordered cartridges for a new printer I had a problem with printer detecting cartridge. Contacted iKong through email and they quickly responded. That same day iKong had new cartridges in the mail and delivered within two days. Up, running and ordered ink for my other printer.

Black or Dark Gray?
The ink quality is good enough for most daily printing. Sometimes I need the print quality to be perfect and unfortunately the black is muted, so it appears as a dark gray."Batman: I only work in black. And sometimes, very very dark grey."

It simply works as it should. But....
Works great.....but the printer knows it is NOT genuine Brother ink. No big deal, still works fine.
