The RB bumper got bent out on my friends elite controller. When hitting the RB it would depress the right trigger as well. I tried to repair it but the bumper design is a very close interference fit and the slight bend in it made unrepairable. When hitting the bumper it would no longer make contact with the micro-switch. I ordered this replacement bumper assembly. It is a direct replacement for the stock bumper and functions perfectly. The only difficulty I had was getting the center piece of the controller (sliver part around X home button) to fully seat. I had to use a small screwdriver to pry the X button forward while I applied a large amount of down force on the silver section. I thought it was going to break when it finally snapped into place. The controller functions perfectly again. I had no use for the replacement triggers so I cannot comment on those. I would not hesitate to purchase this again.

The bumpers on the elite and gen 2 controllers are poorly designed. LB broke on my $150 "premium quality" elite controller 4 months after I bought it. Only has a 3 month warranty. This arrived 1 week after I placed the order, which is weeks earlier than expected. I don't know about the triggers, but the bumper piece fit and works properly. Didn't have to modify it or shave any plastic. You have to push a little with a screw driver on the center piece to get the pins through those two little holes. A tight fit is what you want though since that holds it in place. I'll probably be ordering another one in a few months. You need a T8 driver to get into the controller. Search the web for videos before you tear it apart.

Works fine and arrived a week earlier than I was expecting.While this says 'Elite' controller, it will actually work for any of the newer model controllers that use the RB-LB Strip.I used these to replace the broken LB on my Limited Edition Halo 5 controller and it works fine. The button on my controller broke at random, in fact I never knew it was broken until I picked it up and the button literally fell out. It baffles me how Microsoft would make a limited edition controller so cheaply with these cheap buttons.Be careful with these, the RB and LB are so fragile and when one breaks they are both useless. I'd order a second pair just in case.

Used for replacement bumpers on my Elite controller as my right bumper had broken from too much Dark souls 3. They do what they are supposed to; I have no complaints about this product. My only complaint is against microsoft for making a $150 controller with bumpers that break so easily. I would not be suprised if they break again.

Good replacement since there are not many options. I wish the color matched the original instead of being black, but it does the job

The bumper assembly didn't fit the stock center piece correctly and the assembly snapped in two when trying to connect it. It actually felt LESS durable than the stock one, which is quite disappointing. I'm going to have to order another one of these pieces, but this time with the center piece included.

Arrived in two weeks. Trimmed some plastic, works good. I have two elites and both left bumpers broke the same way. I bought two bumpers so I have a spare.

Pro tip: use a bit of duct tape to hold the bumpers into the housing to prevent it from popping off!

The new buttons are holding up so far, I ordered a few sets because it's a flawed design from the beginning.
