Does not as advertised
Glow torch did not turn on. Just a glow in the dark shirt but not good for the price. Does not work with a cellphone light. Disappointed and would not buy again.

Glow Torch was not included!
The glow light was not included like advertised. When using a phone flash light, it just makes it glow in the dark. You cannot write on it!!
