I was excited to find this and the images/description look great for the price. The packaging is very low quality and is a mere white "ziplock" bag type that has branding on it. Upon opening the bag, the unit is wrapped in couple hair nets. The color is off as it was DARK BLACK vers DARK BROWN as show in the images. Clearly, there is no selection anywhere else describing the color so one could only assume it was dark brown. The hair was breaking off and a pile was on the counter just from removing from the netting that is meant to protect the system. The hair was VERY dry/straw like and the density was very thin. I have had many systems from multiple salons and this by far was the worst I have seen. I put the system back in the bag and did a return on Amazon and drove it to Whole Foods Amazon Return Center. I hope this is just a mistake/one off but not going to gamble with this seller again. Also, they don't respond to questions/messaging. BUYER BEWARE!

This has got to be one of the worst systems I have ever ordered. the system doesn't line up very poor hair quality. they tried to make it right however the second system they sent out was just as bad. is very costly to get a system cut in and it's not correct size or color. just wish to have my money back
