Lovely piece of equipment to have in a car, nice carrier case, you can store it in the car to have it on hand all the time, easy to use interface, you can look up for the faulty codes, you can print the fault codes, read measurements, robust build, and on top of that, battery tester. Really good value for money. Would recommend. Works well with my Volkswagen Passat.

very nice unit with both OBD and bat tery tester, ive tried it on my range rover evoque, tho it had no problems,,,,,,ive tried it on my dads citroen c4 picasso as its been to garage they dont know what the fault is,,, so ive pluged in and used this to check the new battery wich has a fault and a obd code due to low prressure add blu,,,,, as im not a mechanic, im a electrician, we can take it to another garage and show them the print offs ive done from the topdon tester via laptop wich is brilliant to look back on,,,,, this is a lovely tester with built in codes you can read about the fault,,, comes in nice case there is a 3.5mm socket on the main lead you canthe functions plug in a 12v supply to power up the unit if you are checking through results and not pluged into car or laptop, this is very good,,,,,,,ive just got to lean all

After using a well known laptop based diagnostic bit of software (limited to one brand family) I wanted something more portable to use and open to different manufacturers. With this Artilink 500 from Topdon it’s exactly what I needed to quickly diagnose fault codes. The speed that it reads the system is really fast compared to other devices. During my initial test it picked up a fault (a frequent one for NOX) that normally brings on the engine management light. On checking my other device didn’t pick that up. The battery test function is a lovely addition combined with the fault code scanner and works well. Will add updates after At this price point it great value for money and for me great that it’s portable so I no longer need the laptop for quick scanning of faults.

I was a little dubious about ordering this online as i normally purchase all of my garage equipment face to face but i am really impressed. Arrived on a courier in 48 hrs and then got to work on clearing the faults on my l200 after repair. Unit is user friendly, quick and very robust and cleared all my faults in seconds. Not much more to say really but the battery charging check function is super handy as well DIY user and this will stay in the tool kit hopefully for years to come !

Great price and functions range, doesn't do everything but does a lot. Can be purchased without the battery tester but the tester is very good indeed. I have an old fashioned 'Drop tester' which is great but this (battery test function) is streets ahead. Reviews on YouTube too.

I wanted something easy to use but can still do the job of some of the really expensive obd readers and this is it. I previously had a cheap Bluetooth devise and that couldn’t read the fault I was having with my van as accurately as this does. Has paid for itself straight away saving me having to go to the garage. There’s also the other side of this obd reader which is the battery tester, to have both with one machine is great and comes in a handy carry pouch. Highly recommended

I had the engine management light on my 2008 jaguar xf. It was caused by the battery running low (apparently the engine light is a common thing when the battery goes low). I plugged in the scanner and read the code and cleared it in less than a minute. I tested the battery with this bit of kit and found the battery isn’t holding charge. I am not mechanically minded but this was so easy. I recommend researching any codes which come up before clearing them, fortunately this wasn’t the first time I have had this issue and have paid to have the error code cleared before and told I wasn’t doing enough miles to charge the battery fully.

Je possédais auparavant un lecteur OBD Bluetooth et quelquefois je me retrouvais souvent bloqué sur certains véhicules avec impossibilité de lire des codes défauts J’ai acheté le Topdon sur les conseils d’un ami qui l’utilise déjà. Livré dans une pochette de transport pratique et épaisse, cela respire la qualité de fabrication Le menu est paramétrable en langue française A la première utilisation j’ai adoré la led intégrée au connecteur obd permettant un éclairage pour trouver la prise sur le véhicule dans la pénombre du garage Pour l’instant j’ai pu lire les codes erreurs et les effacer sur plusieurs marques françaises, allemandes et asiatiques. Visiblement rien ne lui résiste Affichage des données des capteurs en temps réel avec possibilité affichage sur un graphique pour pouvoir identifier le capteur défectueux Le testeur de batterie intégré à l’appareil est utilisable en changeant uniquement le cordon et permet de voir la santé de la batterie en pourcentage. C’est vraiment super pratique à l’entrée de l’hiver pour savoir si la batterie fera défaut un matin au démarrage. Je conseille de débrancher la borne positive pour faire le test Je recommande vivement ce produit 2 en 1 !

Seriöse Hardware. Bei der Software würde ich die deutschen Übersetzungen als etwas fragil bezeichnen. Inhaltlich lag es bisher richtig. Versucht man die DIY Reihe TD AL zu verstehen, ist das Messgerät zum privaten Nachschauen geeignet. Ein paar Tests, wie O2 Sensor, gibt es auch, Die Batterie Test Funktion ist wirklich Klasse, auch wenn der Health Status sehr niedrig ermittelt wird. Will man sein Auto selber warten, fehlen die Service Rücksetzungen, die das AL600 bietet. Eine Bauteil usw. Testauswahl, über 3-10.000 übliche Tests, hat es als kleines DIY Messgerät nicht. Üblich ist bei so einer Klasse ein inkludiertes Oszi - Scope, ggf. eine ECU Codierungs-Möglichkeit. Eine Bewertung aller Messwerte hat es auch nicht. Auto u. Batterie testen, Fehlercodes recherchieren, nicht vergageiern lassen, eine Menge Geld sparen. Im I/M Modus wird der DTC zum MKL Alarm angezeigt, falls es etwas komplexer ist. Eine herstellerspezifische OEM Software auf einem Notebook, mit erforderlichem PassThru Adapter, kostet garnicht soviel, wenn man alles benötigt.

Ottimo per vedere la diagnosi della spia motore. L’ho utilizzato anche per fare un test accurato della batteria prima e dopo averla ricaricata.
