WeatherTech Custom Sunshade for Toyota Highlander (TS0028K1)

The concept behind these is great - as long as they actually work on each window, which they do not.I contacted this company not too long after I received these shades to tell them that not all of them fit, but I never heard back. This is another minus for the product; if you get something defective from them, will they respond? There are some windows that the shades fit perfectly on - they are snug, and leave no gaps. Other windows leave gaps - some wide enough that the product is not firmly in place and will keep falling down! It is as though when they make these, they are not paying close enough attention to the actual measurements.I cannot recommend this product simply because of these two reasons - the lack of response from the company being the biggest reason.
