This has become one of the few supplements that my husband and I genuinely don't like to be without. We have it on Subscribe & Save because we always want to make sure we have another bottle before we run out. I usually take 2–3 capsules in the evening. My nutritionist recommended three capsules a day, although the bottle recommends two, so I adjust my intake accordingly. From my own experience, I've noticed a real difference since taking these regularly. I feel they've helped me feel calmer overall, supported my sleep, and made it easier to unwind in the evenings. I often wake up feeling more rested, and over the long term I feel they've contributed to a greater sense of stability and less day-to-day anxiety. Another big positive is that they're gentle on my stomach. I've tried other magnesium supplements in the past that caused digestive discomfort, but I've never had that issue with these. My husband is just as keen on them as I am. In fact, he's usually the one reminding me to order the next bottle before we've finished the current one, which says a lot! Use daily before bed to help me sleep and relax. Works perfectly instead of a sleeping pill! Taken regularly, this makes one feel better and more alert and 'alive' too.

I am a light sleep and found myself waking up during the night often. I tried this supplement after reading online it can help improve sleep. It took around a week of consumption before I felt a noticeable difference. Taking 2 capsules 1 hour before I sleep I find I myself having more fulfilling and extended deeper sleep. I also notice I have more unusual dreams, but that is of no ill effect. A good supplement that I have repurchased numerous times, highly recommend for sleep.

Wonderful product if you have adhd or drink lots of coffee this stuff will help you sleep like a baby. I have purchased this multiple times.
