This has become one of the few supplements that my husband and I genuinely don't like to be without. We have it on Subscribe & Save because we always want to make sure we have another bottle before we run out. I usually take 2–3 capsules in the evening. My nutritionist recommended three capsules a day, although the bottle recommends two, so I adjust my intake accordingly. From my own experience, I've noticed a real difference since taking these regularly. I feel they've helped me feel calmer overall, supported my sleep, and made it easier to unwind in the evenings. I often wake up feeling more rested, and over the long term I feel they've contributed to a greater sense of stability and less day-to-day anxiety. Another big positive is that they're gentle on my stomach. I've tried other magnesium supplements in the past that caused digestive discomfort, but I've never had that issue with these. My husband is just as keen on them as I am. In fact, he's usually the one reminding me to order the next bottle before we've finished the current one, which says a lot! We've tried a few different magnesium brands over the years but always end up coming back to this one. It offers a good strength, seems to be good quality, and represents excellent value for money compared with many alternatives. Overall, we're very happy with this supplement and will continue buying it.

I’ve been very happy with this magnesium glycinate supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow, gentle on the stomach, and the added Vitamin B6 is a great bonus. After regular use, I noticed improvements in relaxation, sleep quality, and muscle recovery. They work. Simple as that. 2 per night and they keep me asleep, and if I do wake, I fall back to sleep easily

Yay for helping with sleep, nay for the heartburn and acid reflux despite being in a stomach liner. Going to have a to take a break, they are incredible for sleep but awful for the reflux

Arrived super quickly, good sized pills, it's a bit tricky rating supplements because there is no clear indication of their effectiveness unless it's done under controlled scenarios. I however can state that my continued ability to plough through the day effortlessly (my role involves some physical exertion) is mainly due to daily intake of this supplement.
