This baby monitor is simply perfect and exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a monitor with a dedicated screen and no Wi-Fi—something that would let me keep an eye on my baby while I’m in another room without having to use my phone, download an app, or pay for a subscription. The picture quality is good, the night vision works perfectly, and it has motion detection and a microphone, so I can both see and hear my baby. It does exactly what I needed, and I’m very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this baby monitor as a gift for a friend in Colombia, and the order arrived on time, well packaged, and in excellent condition. After using it for some time, she told me it has been extremely practical and very helpful for her daily routine with her baby. The audio quality is excellent, and even though the image is in black and white, the picture quality is still very clear and works perfectly for monitoring the baby while sleeping. The monitor works connected to power, which has not been a problem at all for her, and overall she feels it is a very reliable and useful product for keeping an eye on the baby during naps and nighttime. Overall, it has been a great purchase and a very practical tool for everyday baby care.

Overall, I am very happy with the customer service support I received regarding this monitor. This was my second one I had purchased (as we had left the other one at an Airbnb) and it worked great at first. After a few months, the monitor stopped holding its charge and needed to be plugged in all the time to be used, but then even that stopped working. I reached out to VTimes customer support over email and they got back to me within 24 hours every time. They first offered some ideas to troubleshoot it (switch chargers with the camera, charge for 8 hours while turned off, and resetting it) and while resetting it seemed to work at first, it quickly stopped working again. I let them know this and they offered me a free replacement of the upgraded product at no charge. And it works great! Very satisfied with this company.

I use this to monitor my puppy when he’s in his crate. It allows me to know when he’s crying and needs to be let out! It was very easy to connect - just plug it in! The picture is clear enough to see what my puppy is up to, but by no means anywhere close security camera quality. You can’t make out any details, but I am able to tell if he’s sleeping, moving around, playing with a toy, etc. but cannot see if he has something in his mouth, has his eyes open, etc. My main criticism of this monitor is it doesn’t work well in MEDIUM light. It works good when I turn on all the lights, and it works good at night with the night vision, but in medium light conditions, like during the day when the windows are open but lights are off, it is very hard to see. I wish you could manually turn on night vision mode, but this doesn’t seem to be an option. It has fine audio, and I really like that has a battery so I can unplug and take it around the house if needed.

TLDR; 10/10. Seriously, fantastic product. Maximum bang for the buck. Dad of a two-year-old here. I've used this for the last two years, and I can attest that it's been great. I personally just leave it on my desk in my office so that I can keep an eye on my daughter while I'm working. The three main things I use: 1) LOW-LIGHT MODE. I use it while she's sleeping, and it works great. I can catch everything, including when she grabs her diaper and throws it out of the crib. 2) SOUND. She's on the other side of the house, so it's not always easy to hear through the walls, but I can hear everything from when she's murmuring to when she's getting actively upset. And it helps if she's saying "cheese" over and over again like a maniac, I can grab the cheese on the way to check on her. 3) CAMERA ADJUSTMENT. There are these helpful arrow buttons to adjust exactly where it's pointed, so no matter what haphazard location I set it, I can keep an eye on the girl. 4) DURABILITY. I have knocked it off its shelf about a hundred times as I'm actively building my daughter's room, and it slams against concrete and just bounces back. I was certain that yesterday's drop must have been the final straw, but it's actually still perfect. There are other features, like a sound machine and a mic, and a bunch of other stuff, but I've not personally needed any of them. 10/10. Seriously, fantastic product. Maximum bang for the buck.

I bought this to keep an eye on my elderly father who is a fall risk and won't stay in bed. It's been a game changer. I was skeptical it would work very could since it doesn't require WiFi. I'm impressed! You can't get an easier set up. All you do is plug it in and press to power on and you are done. The volume on it alerts me to when he is moving around. I can hear him clearly. It charges when it is plugged in and last a couple hours if you want to take the monitor elsewhere around the house. I have actually taken this into the garage several times without losing signal. He's clearly visible in the camera view and I can simply adjust the camera if I want a different view of him. It's been a great help. My dad said he was going to throw it away, lol. He's joking of course but knows that he can't get away with things like he had been. It's keeping him safe and me sane.

This has been a good baby monitor. I like that we don’t have to rely on Wi-Fi for it. The sound is good. My one issue is that we’ve had it a year and now it won’t function very long without being plugged in to the charger. Luckily, we don’t move around a lot, but I’m surprised that it won’t even last half an hour off the charger all of a sudden.

We love this monitor - It's really simple to setup, no wifi or apps. The video and audio quality is good, even the night vision is decent. On these hot summer days, I like that it tells the temperature. It's pretty inexpensive compared to similar products on the market. There was an issue with our charging cord and we reached out to Vtimes directly. They responded immediately and replaced the entire unit! I was really impressed with the quality of customer service, 10/10.

Baby phone très pratique. Je peux aller jusqu'a chez ma voisine et je capte toujours aussi bien pour surveiller mon fils pendant sa sieste. La qualité de l'image est très bonne. L'installation de la caméra se faire sur une tablette murale pour ma part. Très pratique car la caméra peut être guidée directement via le moniteur. (de gauche à droit et de haut en bas). La batterie est durable je trouve mais je dois tout de même le laisser brancher la nuit. Le son quant à lui est bon. Un bon rapport qualité prix dans l'ensemble : je recommande.
