So there's 90 of these? Is it not cheaper to buy the $19.99 pack of 30 three times and save two dollars? What's the difference?

A "3-Pack" means 3 boxes of 30 individual packets/doses of powder, so, yes there are 90 packets.  Yes it could be cheaper to buy a single pack of 30 3 times for $19.99.  Sometimes different sellers just charge different prices.  Please remember to consider shipping charges also when making your buying decision.

Question 3

I don't see anywhere how many probiotic strains or how many billions cfu's per packet.  is that information available? what is the count?

If I was you I would call Purina for this kind of information 1-800-879-1266. No where on box or packet does it say. I will say I have had 2 different Vet. recommend using it.. I have used it off and on over the years plus used it on a litter of puppies. I like it .

Where is Forti Flora made? I don't buy any  products from China.

I don't buy any products from China either and the first few times I bought Fortiflora, it was from my veterinarian, so I thought it was by prescription only.  When I buy it on Amazon, I saw quite a bit (like $10 per box when bought in 3-pack).  I just checked the box for manufacture and it is a Purina Veterinary Diet.  Ingredients too numerous to list, but after them it says: "Manufactured by:  Nestle Purina PetCare Company, St. Louis, MO 63164 U.S.A.  PATENT PENDING Purina Veterinary Diets FortiFlora Canine Formula is a nutritional supplement for the dietary management of dogs with diarrhea."  So...I accept that it's made in the US.  At some point, we have to take companies like Purina at their word.
