Pukka Herbs Organic Relax Vata Tea - Pack of 20 Sachets

These are my favourite herbal teas. I have one each night. So silky and calming.

I bought this to try as it was recommended by someone in an IC forum. Caffeine irritates this condition so I have finally given up my extra strong cups of builders tea. The Relax tea is absolutely delicious and refreshing. When the weather gets colder I shall enjoy it even more as it has a very warming flavour.

Very nice good quality relaxing tea.

This is a very pleasant tea but the tea bags are so flimsy and disintegrate when you try to give them a gentle squeeze to get more flavour. Out of a box over half break which means by the time I have decanted and strained the tea it is no longer hot. For the price I expect better quality.

This has become one of my favourite teas and now we always keep a box on hand. I have shared this with many friends and clients who also now love it and swear by this blend. It had a subtle, mildly sweet and very pleasant flavor and has been very helpful for me in terms of relaxing, combating hormonal anxiety issues and general well being. It doesn't zonk me out, so I can even have some at work, but it has a definite noticeable calming and soothing effect.

This tea I purchased for the marshmallow root. It settles my stomach and definitely helps me to wind down. It’s a paler tea, not super strong but it’s effective. Not super floral, but definitely herbal. I drink it with no sweetener and it’s pleasing to the palette.

This is another great Pukka Tea! I have this tea every other night (I alternate with the Chamomile Vanilla and Manuka Honey-so good). It is sweet, subtle and warming. After a cup of this, I am ready to drift right off to sleep. Relax is a great addition to any nighttime routine or anytime you need to take a minute.

Not all the ingredients are listed on the amazon site for this product. I am allergic to oats. I'll be giving this tea away.
