Creatine is so expensive these days!!! Glad I found this. Works great and I’m seeing improvements in muscle mass and recovery already. Only negative is that I don’t personally like the texture of the crystals. Almost feels like I’m biting on sand. Other than that, it’ll go down fine. Just don’t try and chew on it, lol!

I have ordered creatine specifically, "micronized" which means that creatine crystals will instead be smaller crystals in physical form and in some cases will be "powdery". This one is not powdery but it fit in the category for micronized as it will mix into juices or liquids. As per flavoring the powder and tub has no odor or flavor. I couldn't recommend it enough, it does include a scoop and handle is sizeable but does allow for easy closing of the lid. For purposes of strength, I had taken a year-long break from any creatine supplementation since I focused on cardio and the following year began compound and overall gym activity. I did start to notice increased strength and slight stamina as well.

I use this for cognitive function. Seems to be helping. You need 20mg per day that’s four scoops to meet the requirements for cognitive function.
