I absolutely love this soap! My hair and skin love it as well! I feel clean after and am less likely to get stinky! My skin has been clearer as well! I have curly hair, and my curls look so nice after washing with this! I also normally have to use conditioner, but I can go without it with this soap! I have been trying to use more natural products with no chemicals. This was a soap recommended to me, and I am so glad! Its smell is nice to me, but it’s definitely a kind of incensey or herbal smell. I could see why some might not like it, but you don’t overly smell like it after washing. So even if you don’t like the smell, it would be an easy thing to get past for the benefits of it.It came quickly and I have had 0 issues with it! I definitely suggest this soap over any body soap, shampoo, or conditioner.

It’s different than what we are used to…but much better.
Soap has helped with my perpetually dry skin. Genuinely has. I use it for my hair as well. I notice my hair feels fuller, likely a result of not having the natural oils stripped out by most shampoos. It is a noticeable change…clearly obvious. I’m very pleased with the soap.

Great Soap. Perfect Ratio of Laurel to Olive Oil
These Castile type soaps can be tricky. I especially favor the ones with laurel extract in them as it seems to lend a touch of astringency to the soap which for me means 'feeling' fresh and clean coming out of the shower. The 30% laurel to 70% olive oil seems to be the proper mix. Many of these soaps don't tell you the ratio of one to the other, so you buy them and hope for the best. Usually it's hard to tell if any laurel extract is in there at all. That's what I mean by tricky. These are large bars with the (for me anyway) traditional sharp edges that takes a few turns with a washcloth to smooth them down. Packaged well and properly cured before shipping.

Smells Bad But Evidently Normal
I was going to return this and in the meantime time I ordered another and it smells the same. I've used Aleppo soap for many years and never had the smell but these bars are individually wrapped so guessing the smell wears off.

Great soap!
Having gone through a bar of soap now I gotta say I like it alot! One bar thus far has lasted me a good 2 and a half months of use. Smells great, feels good. I use it for regular hygiene and shaving. I can't comment on the sensitive skin part as I'm not such a person but I can say these are great bars of aleppo soap!

All Four Bars Were Less Than 7 Ounces
This soap was represented in the marketing verbiage as 4 bars,7 oz each=28 oz (793.8 grams)Of the 4 bars, not a single bar weighed the 7 ounces that was represented in the marketing verbiage! In the photo with the 50 gram check-weight piece, I am demonstrating that my electric kitchen weigh-scale reads the check-weight as 50 grams, just exactly as it should, so my scale is accurate at least to the gram. Two soap bars weighed 6.21 ounces each (176 grams each)One bar weighed out at 5.86 ounces (166 grams)One bar weighed 5.61 ounces (160 grams)All told, 4.10 ounces (115.8 grams) of the soap is missing. That is more than half a 7-ounce bar that I paid for, but did not receive.I’m definitely returning this for a refund, and giving only one star; if possible, I would give zero stars for the misrepresentation of the promised 28 ounces of soap.I will not be using the soap, so I have nothing to say about moisturizing, or skin sensitivity attributes, but I have bought several brands of this olive oil and laurel oil soap from other vendors, and this is by far the one with the strongest odor. I could detect the heavy odor of alkali even before I opened the Amazon box. As soon as I opened the box I started sneezing. I do not recommend this brand.

I like it a lot
Funny how a soap technology of 3000 years is still valid. I love it
