Ate something like this in Madrid. Black spaghetti with king prawns and roasted garlic. Black spaghetti is not easy to get hold of here so pleased to find it on Amazon. Made my own version of the dish and it was fab! Black spaghetti has a very unique taste. Happy to share my recipe!
