This is my second H2O 5. The other gave good service but nothing lasts for ever, so I bought this at a good price. They're a good mop. They do the job and the hand held bit makes short work of the kitchen cupboard doors and nooks and crannies. Drawbacks.......The purple one no longer available 😭

Been using this now for a month on various tasks so ready for a review being used in a house with 2 adults and 3 large hairy dogs. Just before the steam is ready it does spatter a bit. This is no different to any other steam mop I have used but some reviews I have read see this as a negative. I just mop this up and use as extra moisture when I start cleaning and makes no difference to the end result especially if you're cleaning your shower unit. Attachments are great and easy to swap out. The length of the cable is also super handy especially when doing the stairs. Water vessel doesn't hold a lot but it does last and as it takes no time at all for the steam to start (even if using cold water) it's pretty much a non issue. I do agree with some other reviews that it can be a bit on the heavy side when using as a mop but I think it's the placement of the water unit and a smallish mop head. However, when used as a mop it does pivot very well and gets round corners. Lastly it would have been nice to get an extra mop pad. Come on guys for the price of the unit I am sure you could have spared at least one more 😝.

Great cleaner Easy to use good value

Bought as a replcement for one of the same model which I had been using for many years.

This is my second h20 steam mop. My first lasted 13yrs. I did try another brand but it didn’t have the triangular head of the h20 and therefore couldn’t get into the corners. My daughters have also bought the h20 and like myself they are very pleased with it.

This is a good steam mop. It’s easy to assemble and use. It heats up quickly, has a good cord length and cleans the floor very well. I am pleased with this purchase.

I wanted to buy this for soooo long and must say, I am a bit disappointed in the quality and performance of it on several points; It leaves the floor quite wet and very streaky. The window attachment is really useless. I have just doubled the size of my house and could'nt wait to do the windows and shower inclosures however, I will be going back to my old way of cleaning them :-( The one and only floor washing pad is already very worn as it was not very thick to start with. I know you can buy replacements but really feel it could have included a couple of decent pads with the price. I also read that it was quite heavy, when hand held and thought I would be fine with it, as I am quite fit but it is really heavy to work with. I am really disappointed. I will continue to use it as a mop but at almost a hundred pounds, it's a very expensive mop!!!

This product is amazing, I haven’t cleaned the stove top in 9 months and this literally melted the grease. I have always hated cleaning but this feels like a toy so I am having fun. I haven’t used all the attachments yet and this was the second time I used it. Also use it on the highest power ( level 4) for the best effect

This is a really good machine cleans the floor really well I’ve used it on my soft cushions furnishing just the Job. Very pleased.
