Took me along time to decided which lamp to go for .. but I can say I am extremely pleased to go for this one .. Quick charge , the charge holds for long .. Bright enough to light a small room .. perfect for next to bed .. The quality is very good , well built .. actually thinking of getting another one .. for out door outings .. strongly recommend it .. i have no regrets.

We used this for off the grid camping and it was brilliant, the dimmable options were great for the middle of the woods when we were trying to conserve light and not disturb all the wildlife too. It’s relatively lightweight, especially considering all its capabilities. I love that we could use it for charging too, as to charge the overall device it only took a couple of hours pre us heading out. Would definitely recommend! I can also see this being super useful as a portable light when in the garage or at the kennel block (I have dogs), but also for those people that have horses etc

Better then it looks like. Plastic build makes you think: well, this is not going to last long” but I have to admit it’s quite good. The battery is excellent! Since I bought it two months ago I still didn’t need to charge it. So I don’t know the charging times (solar or electric).

There's been hardly any sun in the UK but I left this lamp open on a bright day. It didn't charge much, if at all but this could be due to weak sunlight. It takes a long time to charge via mains electricity BUT when it is charged, it's a lovely lamp with a range of intensities + is easy to alter. I love it. I've charged my smartphone up using the power bank; it seems to do the job. If the summer arrives in the UK, I'll try solar charging again.

Amazing, highly recommend this product is beyond my expectations. After the power down throughout Spain & Portugal we felt we should venture into solar power land. After much research, comparisons and reading reviews thought I'd give this one it's highly reactive to solar charging, gives long lasting free power, versatile for indoor or ourdoor use, ease of use & lightweight to carry around hang yet solid enough to stand sturdily, not cheap plastic item well built with just the right amount of light adjustability. Great as a night light lowest setting or for doing crafting highest setting . Great item highly recommend.

The unit itself it lightweight, well designed and has a handy velcro strap to hang it from. I've had the unit for over a month now and use it in the evenings in our front room instead of using the main light to try and save on electricity usage (which seems to be working looking at the smart meter in the hallway). I charged it overnight using the mains when I first got it and deliberately didn't try to charge it again to get an idea on how long it would last for us - it worked out just under 12 nights (died about an hour before going to bed on the last night) using it about 6 hours a night on the lowest light level setting. Now, instead of recharging it when it dies, I just open it up and put it in the bay window every couple of days to top up the charge and haven't had to use the electricity to charge it since (very handy). It's very easy to use as just a soft touch of the recessed button turns it on and off - to make it brighter/dimmer then you just have to hold your finger on the button till you reach the desired light level. Personally, I think it has been a very good value for money purchase, and will consider buying more in the future for other areas of the house.

Cracking piece of kit so I bought another. Lightweight and lights up a room as well as a normal light would. Helps save on electric if needed to

This is an excellent solar camping light which on a full charge with solar back up lasted us 3 nights camping in Tuscany. However from completely flat its capacity to charge via solar is negligible and certainly not enough to charge a phone or usb power bank. It was left in direct sunlight for 8 hours and the light lasted 10 minutes which wasn’t really enough for our needs. As long as you have access to a power supply to charge it and just top up by solar this will probably work well for you.

La batería dura bastante. No he probado la función de carga solar, pero todo lo demás ha funcionado como se espera o mejor.

I've been collecting a haphazard selection of solar/rechargeable lights for camping and I was very pleasantly surprised by this purchase. The light is wonderfully diffuse - not a single small point of light, but the entire body of the product - so there's fewer harsh shadows and more of a warm enveloping glow. The adjustable intensity works very well and is very intuitive. The amount of light time you get from a single charge, especially on the lowest intensity, is wonderful. I really like that I can charge it with the interior solar panel if I want, but otherwise the panel is completely hidden. I wish I had gotten the two pack, to be honest, but next time I will - I'd really like these to be our main camping light solution.

We bought it to use on the deck in the evening. Works so well we quite often use it when watching TV.

They have a very appealing milky white light that would be very attractive in a power outage, or even if you wanted to create atmosphere. They are also dimmable. They illuminate for 8 to more than 300 hours, depending on the light mode, and they, too, are rechargeable via USB and double as a power bank. And they are extremely practical because they have two huge solar panels on the inside so they would charge in no time! I find them very attractive and they are very well made. I purchased them because I was concerned about the way things are going and so I wanted some emergency solar lighting, for my home, not for camping. And I am glad I have them to rely upon if need be. Who needs candles when you can own technology like this?! And they are multipurpose and versatile too.
