I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how effective this product is. While much of the credit goes to the technique of oil pulling itself, an age-old and proven process, this oil truly enhances the experience. What I Love About It: ✅ Light in texture, making it comfortable to use ✅ Pleasant flavour that lasts longer than expected ✅ Complements the oil-pulling process beautifully My Routine & Results: I practice oil pulling every alternate day for about 10 minutes. It’s only been 4–5 sessions, yet I already notice a difference. My mouth feels lighter, fresher, and cleaner throughout the day. If time permits, I may shift to doing it daily, but even alternating days feels effective. An amazing product that makes oil pulling even more enjoyable and effective. Highly recommended!

Taste is ok, it just takes a while to get over the hit of putting a lot of oil straight into your mouth. I also found that if swilling my whole mouth, some if it hit into my throat and this burnt a bit after. Positives are that it does leave mouth feeling clean and once you start drilling and it waters down a bit , it is much easier to tolerate. Can only afford to do it 3 times a week as the bottle isn’t huge. If I was using the prescribed capful every day I think it might last 2 weeks.

So fresh and minty. Loved the freebies with it too. I will be repurchasing the brush when it’s time to replace.

Although the seller send the product on time and well packed, I actually did not like the product. It increased my teeth sensitivity and I was not able to chew anything. It makes the breath smell fresh though but I am not able to use it so not happy.

I really like this product, not the Best taste but it certainly cleared a problem l had with my gums. I had root treatments on a tooth,didn’t work so l had tooth removed. After another treatment on the gum, pain persisted. I tried various mouthwashes,none worked. The pain was getting worse and l couldn’t solve the problem. I found this mouthwash though expensive l bought it. I noticed a difference after a couple of days,l couldn’t believe it. This product removed whatever was going on with my gums.

This product is amazing! I was skeptical, first time trying oil pulling but my teeth have been noticeably brighter in a matter of weeks! It’s also helped with my bleeding of my gums and swelling! Would definitely recommend, if you want fresher breath for longer too. Don’t walk run please!!!!

I've only given 1 star because I've personally not noticed any difference whilst using this product. I'm into my 3rd week if using. I'm actually experiencing more plaque buildup than previously. Maybe I need to give it more time although I'm not entirely sure what I'm expecting. My teeth feel no different and are not any whiter. Just feels like a sticky mouthwash at the moment

I’m really impressed with this pulling oil! I’ve used other mouth rinses before, but this gives me a completely different kind of clean feeling. After swishing it and following up with brushing, my mouth feels incredibly fresh, smooth, and thoroughly clean. The combination of coconut oil and essential oils gives it a refreshing taste without feeling overly harsh. I especially love the fresh feeling it leaves behind after using it. My teeth feel polished, my mouth feels refreshed, and I feel like I’ve given my oral care routine an extra step of attention. It’s also easy to incorporate into my morning routine. Just shake it well, swish for a couple of minutes, spit, rinse, and then brush. I appreciate that it’s designed to be used alongside regular brushing and flossing rather than replacing them. The fresh-mouth feeling afterward is definitely my favorite part. It leaves me feeling like I’ve gotten a really thorough clean, and my breath feels fresh afterward as well.
