Seems to help my joints
I have tried a handful of tumeric supplements in both tablet and powder form. These are by far the best with no strange taste. I went through a spell of very soar joints around 3 months ago, but these seem to have helped. Good product, good value and fast delivery. The big chemists sell them for £13 to £17 a box.

Early days
Easy to take although quite large no after taste Have not been taking these for long now about 6 weeks I can feel a marginal difference in my joints but I shall persevere as I believe it can take quite a while before any difference is felt hope they work especially for my knees and ankles! oh to be young again with pain free joints!

Only been taking these for about a month seems to help a bit maybe on next time I'll add more information on how they are working for me I'm only taking 1 a day even though it says 2 but 90 days is better than 45 lol I did manage to find out these are about £11 to buy for 30 so at this price for 90 it's a steal and with the cost of living these days seems rather to good to miss

Directions. TWO TABLETS PER DAY WITH YOUR MAIN MEAL. Swallow with a glass of water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. The benefits of the ingredients in Jointace® are thought to build over time. A regular intake is therefore recommended. Jointace® is recommended with a balanced diet, rich in fish oil. Do not take if you are allergic to fish or shellfish. Jointace® contains glucosamine sourced from natural chitin. Diabetics should consult their doctor before using this product. Part of the Jointace® range, which includes Jointace® Capsules, Gel, Patch & Fizz. The recommended intake of 2 tablets provides: Glucosamine 592mg, provided by Glucosamine Sulphate KCI 1000mg.
