Started noticing a difference after 2 weeks
Been taking a little over two weeks and have just started to notice a difference in my mood and anxiety levels. Who knew that probiotics would help with that type of stuff. Really looking forward to seeing how much more effective they’ll be in the next two months. So far, so good. Update: almost 8 weeks out and I continue to see results. Has helped with bloating and other inflammation in my body. Has generally helped with anxiety.

Love the product, disappointed that the capsules open up and are unusable
I really love these probiotics. However, every time I buy a bottle at least two of the capsules are opened.

This is the only probiotic that works for me..in just a few days! So wonderful to have a normal life and not schedule things around my gut! Gets me right back on track..adding l-glutamine is a real life changer too Highly recommend
