A good insert, fluffing is a must!
Very happy so far! Without a doubt, follow the instructions and fluff these in the dryer first. I did 3 at a time for 20 mins with a handful of wool dryer balls to help bounce things around. You can see in my photo that the left 2 were in the dryer, and the other two were attempted to be hand fluffed. While I got the height to be similar, the dryer fluff is MUCY fuller all around for a nice thick pillow. The filling seems moderately soft, but not completely flat. We’ll see what that looks like over time. I went a size up and used 20x20” inserts in 18x18” covers and they filled nicely, but I did have to work the corners a bit. It makes the pillows a good size.

Will fluff up in dryer
At first was disappointed with how flat these were. Since they were vacuum sealed I left them out for a while but they didnt get much bigger. After reading reviews, i put them in the dryer and they fluffed right up and look very nice.

These cushions are really good; I haven't put them in the dryer yet, but they're fine for now, and the price is excellent for the set of eight.

Don’t get match pillowcase size
I recommend getting the 20x20 for maybe an 18 or 16 pillow case, does not fill 20x20 pillowcase at all, looks very flat. Expected it to look more full and fluffed but not at all. Quality is good. Tolerable

Soft but a little lumpy
These pillows are soft but even after 30 minutes in the dryer with dryer balls they aren’t very fluffy or offer much support. An 18x18” pillow cover was borderline too big. Maybe it will expand more with time.

Flat
These pillows are super flat. I bought them because it seemed to be a good deal. Put them in the dryer like the instructions said and they poofed up minimally overall very disappointed, but not recommend anyone to buy these.
