Must Buy for Long Travels
These got me through 48 hours of travel and a 2 week Eurotrip. I wore this on all travel days and smelled amazing compared to everyone else on the public transport lol. I put it on my lower back which started acting up bc I was helping everyone with their bags on/off/up/down what felt like the entirety of Europe. Wearing these during travel helped to soothe my pain and the adhesion lasted over 8+ hours. The cooling and pain management lasted the entire time I wore these too. The only thing is that these are smaller so I needed 2 for my lower back. I love the XL patches too. Stock up before big trips!

My Go-To Pain Relief Patches
These patches have been a blessing for my back pain caused by herniated discs. I noticed a difference within just a couple of minutes after applying one. At first, the patch feels very cold, but then it gradually adjusts to your body heat and remains comfortable to wear. And they are easy to put on too. Just peel off and apply. The pain relief lasts for about six hours, allowing me to go about my day without constantly thinking about my back pain. They stay in place well and have become one of the few products that provide me with consistent relief. I was fortunate to take advantage of the 50% off Prime Deal and stocked up because they work so well for me. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future. It just works and works very well
This advanced formula worked well for me. I get lower and middle back pain at times and this stuff really works to make the pain stop.

Not worth the money
I like the IcyHot cream, but the patch didn't do anything for me. Felt cool initially and then pretty much nothing. Fell off after about 2 hours despite being applied to clean, dry skin.
