These are great. Thin and very firm. They do not bend, thus you need to buy one size smaller, or it will take you forever to place them in your shoe or boot. I wear a 12 and bought a 12 and it was very difficult to place them. I ordered another pair, size 11, for another shoe I wear often, much easier and I still get the rigidness near my toe that is injured.

The product does not work and even after use I still have pain in my toe.

Fits inside shoe and is very thin but helps stabilize my foot.

Just got it today. Fractured my pinky toe, and was recommended to get something like this (ok, it was a video on YouTube but he seemed like he knew what he was talking about). I bought a size 9 even though my sneaker is size 8. I normally wear size 8.5. I measured the insole and size 9 came closer to the length at 10.24 inches (Amazon.com sells the same item and the is an image that tells the length to each size). It fits perfectly the length of the insole. And it's nice an rigid. Still getting used to it. I think it'll help me reduce flexing enough to help with with the healing. I still feel some pain walking but it's not the fault of this insole. My pinky toe is still sensitive to pressure of the sneaker toe box pressing against it. Personally, I think it's worth the $ if it helps with the healing.
