I didn’t care for the sound quality but it was easy to use and set up. Update: after giving this another chance I realized, how great it was. Plus this company is amazing. They really care about quality. They were willing to make sure I had a great experience using their products and the way they handled this I would highly recommend any of their products. They weren’t satisfied until I was completely satisfied and that says a lot in this day and age!!

I'm a DM/GM for an online D&D group, and when we were thinking about dabbling in creating podcast/actual play content, I realized just how bad my headset microphone quality was on a test recording. I didn't want to drop a bunch of money on a super high-end podcasting mic I might not actually use long-term, but this was a budget friendly option and it honestly has great sound quality for what I use it for. For voice calls and general spoken-word recordings, this microphone is lightweight, easy to set up, and convenient. It's a wired connection, which is preferable for my setup, and comes with a helpful USB A to USB C converter. I can't vouch for its ability to record music, but for just my voice when I'm running a game, the audio is crisp and clean with minimal background noise. With a little bit of adjustment on the dials, it almost never picks up when I'm eating food or crinkling bags or when my cats are making noise nearby (though if you're an ASMR artist who *wants* those sounds to come through, that is absolutely possible with different adjustments to the settings). It has also proven to be easy to clean and resilient to my moody cat throwing it off my desk. A couple friends have mentioned that it looks slightly inappropriate in video/pictures with the foam cover on it because of the pink color and general shape, so if you are someone regularly using a face cam, you may want to position it out of shot or remove the foam cover.

This was a great gift for my daughter. She wanted to use for videos on her IPad. It was easy to set up with clear instructions. I would highly recommend!

Good beginner microphone. I bought this to film videos with and it’s ok, it works well for what I need at a good price but obviously there are better mic’s out there. I like this mic and how easy it is to use, you just plug and play. I can easily switch from using it with my computer to my phone and it comes with adapters to use with IPhone and Android. One thing I’ve noticed is that if you are recording more quiet audio it can get quite static-y and have a lot of background noise but that might just be me and I may have to adjust my settings. PROS - Great, cheap mic - Cute colours - Good accessories - Versatile CONS - Not the highest quality - Not the best for quieter audio recordings
