I love this mix. They make the best pan cakes and waffles. There is one thing that I do which I believe makes them better! I put baking powder (1-1/2 tsp) and baking soda 1/2 tsp & 1 tablespoon of sugar in the basic recipe. That way you get more per the recipe as they are bigger and fluffier. Most of us like to doctor up a little. :) If you do this remember to leave room as the pan cakes will expand a little more. I love this mix.

This mix is pretty good. I will say, I have been to Cracker Barrel, I didn’t think this tasted the same. It’s still very good!

This comes as a two pack and the best pancake mix out there even for someone who doesn't enjoy pancakes. I get asked all the time what kind of pancakes did I make and are they from scratch. Even someone who doesn't bake or cook can amaze their family and visitors with this tasty box of instant pancakes. Great value for the money and cook time is just as fast as other store bought pancakes but just way better in taste.

These are our families favorite pancake mix. We have tried all the other store brands and this one is much better. The pancakes come out thicker, fluffier and just taste better. I would order this again. Actually, I will once they run out! Lol

It's isn't the "just add water " kind of mix, but that's what makes them soooo yummy. Best pancakes ever. It's all I will buy from now on
