Explode the Code 5 1/2

My granddaughter is autistic and I’ve been using the whole series of explode the code. I like the 1/2 series of each climb. It gives more practice and reviews of the book before. Some may not need it. We have needed it. A big believer in Phonics and Explode the code has been a great tool.

I love these books! I home school my children and my youngest is dyslexic and these books have worked well for him. Really can not say enough good things about these books!!

excellent set for dyslexics and kids who need to feel like they did alot in a little time but still learn and have some fun with silly sentences too.

I use all of the Explode the Code Series books for my tutoring. I really like them because they have great decoding exercises and it has lessons for every phonetic and/or spelling rule. I really recommend it!

It's a rehash of lessons in EtC Five, for extra practice. My overall complaint with this series is that you have to buy so many books for each student. I wish there was one book, spiral bound, with all the practice pages, or a binder to make photocopies. It's not cost-efficient for public school teachers who really need this resource.
