What is the maximum length that foods can be placed on the pusher for slicing?

The length of the pusher is 7.5 inches and the width is 6.3 inches. The maximum width of the food is 6 inches, as long as it can be stably placed on the pusher, there is no limit to the length.

Can I get a new serrated blade? as I found the original one has a product defect
