I was quite pleased that I received this wonderful product much more quickly than anticipated, and was delighted with my interaction with the company. I had accidentally left off three words I meant to include on my bracelet and had contacted the company as soon as I realized my error. I informed them of the correction I wanted to include and requested that they let me know if it was possible, being fully prepared to received a "no" since often things are hard to change once an order has been received and processed. I received an immediate response that the change had been made to my order. Wow, that was fast, and I was happy that they were able to make the change.I chose this particular company's bracelet because they have a very generous allowance for what can be placed on the bracelet, six lines of characters, 36 characters per line. This is great because all of my most important information is on the front, and in an emergency, is someone has to fiddle with trying to get the band off and look at the other side for more information, it could be precious seconds lost.The bracelet is easy to size, the clasp is secure, the bracelet is easy to put on and take off, and is quite comfortable. The printing is clean and clear, very easy to read. I took a picture of my new bracelet and sent it to friends and family who thought it looked great and indicated they would probably be ordering one for themselves.I can't think of a better endorsement of a product than telling all of one's friends and family, can you?

I have just bought this bracelet for my husband. I can't give an opinion on durability yet. The bracelet seems to be of good quality. Cutting the band to fit is relatively easy except for me. :) I accidently cut the wrong end of the band and cut off the medic symbol. Opps. I have ordered a replacement band, but in black. The medic symbol stands out more on black band. My husband has Parkinson's and recently had an unexpected mental "episode" at a doctor's appointment. I was not with him at the time. It scared both of us. The bracelet will make him more safe.

My husband recently had heart surgery with multiple complications. As a nurse, I wanted any and all pertinent information to be available to any first responders in case he is ever in an accident, or if he calls 911 to our home. I had 3 concerns when ordering this bracelet: would it be "manly" enough for him? would it be big enough for a 6'4" man, and would 7 lines truly be legible?? After reading other reviews, I took the leap. I absolutely LOVE this bracelet and so does my husband. The band is extremely long and could have been trimmed if needed, but he actually liked it a little loose. It is extremely comfortable and he agrees that it is manly and actually looks more like a sports/fitbit band from a distance. Finally, Every. Single. Line is legible and clear. I was able to include all the pertinent information that I wanted to display and I know that there will be no questions about his current health status. I would also like to give a HUGE shout out to the customer service team from this company. I ordered this bracelet, which is followed by an email from the company that provides tips for what information to include as well as FAQ list. They then give you a form to fill out with the information you wish to include on the plate. Unfortunately, we had some health set backs and I didn't respond to them in a timely manner. Not only did customer service send me an email, someone actually picked up the phone and called me. A real person reached out to me to see what they could do to help get the bracelet ordered. If we ever need another piece of medical identification again, I will order from them .. and I will be giving their information to all of my nursing friends and physicians. Excellent product. Product arrived today in the mail. I am very pleased with this medical bracelet.I bought the red band. Directions were very easy to follow when cutting extra red band length.The six lines of information are easy to read. On line 2 I have my hospital's name, as all of my records are there.This bracelet is attractive. I love it.

This is a very sturdy bracelet. Customized for your needs. Our doctor was very impressed with the information. It is a very needed item for your care in an emergency.

Love the closure, no little hooks or chains to break. The engraved plate can slide around to where you want it on the band.

I have very tiny wrists and I was concerned that this would be too big. The second last notch fits perfectly! It is comfortable to wear and the print is easy to read.

I am retired and had steel bracelets in the past. While some complaints I saw said it wasn’t built strong enough, I find it very good quality. It is so light I forget I’m wearing it. I have used 6 lines and still find it easy to read. Highly recommend.
