Very sharp. Great from cheese or garlic or citrus zest

So much easier than trying to use cheese grater.

Made up with this zester. It is nice and sturdy and does the job it is supposed to do. Easy to grip, and grates perfectly. Previous, cheaper zesters I have had have bent when used. Well worth the money.

Best zester I've ever found. Works so easily to get zest fast. Nice handle too. Now I can throw out the 4 other zesters I have that barely scraped the surface of fruits.
