I've been using 1/2 moon foot rest for years. And have worn them out. This one is an excellent upgrade especially for some one with short legs. Fits perfectly under my desk. And the foam seems to be a firmer and better quality than pervious ones. The cover is a definite upgrade from before.

I have long legs and an adjacent apartment with a shared wall. My normal foot rest is a metal plate that rocks on a swivel, which can bang into the wall if I'm not paying attention. I got this to have a foot rest that is comfortable and won't bother my neighbors. It works okay, but the metal plate one is better. What I like about this is that it's fairly sturdy and it does what I want it to, which is support my feet without risking making lots of noise. The cover comes off and goes back on easily and there are no issues with washing, though I've only washed it once (if it falls apart I will update with pics). My two gripes about this are that it could be wider, maybe an additional 5", but I have long legs so this is probably just a 'me' problem, and that it could be heavier. I know it sounds odd, but a foot rest that is overly light feels easy to knock around and I may just be used to the metal one, which weights considerably more than this.

I am able to sew longer with this aid. It helps me keep my legs from going numb. The height is perfect and it washes off easily. Very easy to use ! The plus side is it will help with posture!
