Delicious in yogurt as a dessert
I'm doing keto and always looking to up protein but not carbs. This fits in perfectly with my lifestyle. It's really nice and I use it to make chia seeds breakfast or mix it with plain yoghurt and marscapone to make a cheesecake. It's quite sweet but curbs my sweet cravings and it's filling. People comment on it being powdery or lumpy but perhaps they don't mix it in properly. I've never find it lumpy.

If you like caramel you will like this I mix it with low fat Greek yoghurt and cut up a apple love this anytime of the day

Too artifical
If i could leave no stars i would. Its a completely horrible artifical taste and doesnt taste like salted caramel. It ruins anything that ive tried to put with it. It doesnt mix well and leaves lumps dont waste your money
