I've been battling seborrheic dermatitis for over 18 years now, and this is the most effective product I've used so far. The smell is pleasant as well. Previously, I was using Royal Oils conditioner by Head and Shoulders two or three times a week, and that definitely helped, but this stuff pretty much cleared up my scalp completely. So far, it seems to be keeping it clear with the same amount of usage as the old stuff. It even helps with the redness and irritation on other parts of my head and neck. It might be expensive for a bottle of shampoo, but this is essentially a medication, and with these results I'm very happy with the price. Plus, a little goes a long way, so figure out exactly how much you actually need to apply to get full coverage and the bottle will last longer. It also helps to use a cheaper shampoo first and this second. The instructions on the bottle say to 'repeat' the application process, but just using it once is working for me.

Considering there aren't many products that are as effective as this one, it is a great product. However, the scent is strong. I'd love an unscented version as several of the ingredients (including the fragrance) in this are unnecessary. It is very effective for seborrheic dermatitis, especially when pyrithione zinc, tea tree formulas, etc just don't cut it. It's best to only apply this only to the scalp and roots as it is very drying and can make hair feel like straw. Shampoo, rinse, repeat is helpful.

The only shampoo that works for my dandruff. Plus it smells nice and not like medicine! One bottle usually lasts me about a month. I wash my hair every other day or two days. It doesn’t leave me oily. I have this on subscription. I’ve tried so many other brands and I stick to this one. I recommend this to anyone with dandruff or eczema or just itchy scalp. Especially with spring and summer coming up. Lifesaver

Works well, my dandruff was out of control and it has made a 180 since using this shampoo. It lathers pretty well and doesn’t have a strong chemical smell. I have been using it for a few months and I am pleased with it.
