Alright
I rather like this phone. The internal screen is very impressive. However, the phone's reception is not that good. I've tested 2 different T-Mobile phones in the same area, and this phone has the worse reception. The phone is very good-looking. It doesn't look durable, though. The keys don't feel comfortable if you text a lot. They are not very responsive so you can't type very fast.

Item not properly explained
This item looks like a wifi USB adapter, but even when it has wifi ,it does not work without a Sprint account, technically it is a memory repository instead, that installs on the Windows software, has a CONNECT button, but gives a series of errors (like 678,651 and 631)when it has not been setup by the provider, even the Wifi is blocked without an account,It also installs on the Windows registry a series of other files and drivers, some of a security nature(that one has to manually delete OR ELSE).I got a prompt refund for this item,Sprint says it is technically a memory repository(looks like a USB network adapter to me)...

I Love it
I am traveling the country in an RV and use this when on the move, and when my campsite does not have a stronger signal. I have an antenna for it, which I stick on the roof of my camper, it brings the signal strength to about -78, which is good enough to do general web surfing, but not streaming movies. One other comment. While driving, I keep the modem connected with the USB cord that comes with it. I have had it fall in to a glass of water twice. I open the openings on the side and blow all the water out. I then put it in my a/c vent for about ten minutes. It usually will not work for about half an hour, but soon it will come back. As soon as I get it working again, I leave it on for several hours to help get rid of any excess water. It is a tough little sucker and I highly recommend it.

Sierra Wirelss USB
I liked it, ordered it but in the end, I bought a ClearSpot by Clear.com and am using that instead. The Sierra USB is for one user and one user only. My ClearSpot is for 8 devices and that's much better suited for me. However, I might just sell it again.

argh
Lots of great features, but it takes about 20 minutes' worth of swearing and yanking to get the back cover off. That means good luck getting to the micro SD card, and the USB isn't a standard shaped port. When you're trying to get the cover off, it likes to pull up random functions like voice recognition, so then you have to stop what you're doing and exit out. Then when you get back to business, it starts randomly calling people. The nifty screen on the outside is delicate, mine broke in my pocket. You can't save received photos and videos to SD. Other than that, pretty good. But when you're dealing with one of its weaknesses, you will blow your top.

Sierra Wireless 598U
I have had mobile broadband through Sprint for three years. It was finally time to get a new modem and I chose this one. I am sorry I did. It gets no reception inside or outside of my house. This little modem is getting sent back to Sprint ASAP.
