This is the third one of these I’ve bought and I love them! Wraps around nicely and stays in place. Fabric is light but not flimsy. And very cute!

Sizing Not Inclusive
Material was nice, but it was wayyy too large. I couldn't tie it around my waist because it started to tie to the actual skirt and not just the strings. I looked at the skirt more and realized there was a size "medium" tag on it. When purchasing I wasn't even able to pick a size. I consider myself to be of average size, 5'3 and ~130 pounds, so it isn't like I am extremely skinny and the product couldn't fit.

Deginitely not one size fits all.
Definitely not one size fits all. Chiffon was 2" shorter round the waist than the size claimed and not big enough for a short, Size 12, adult.
