I have converted the English measurements (old) into American measurements, I still have an English measuring cup. For 4 servings, I use 2 cups of milk, I prefer almond breeze coconut unsweetened milk, 3 level tablespoons of custard powder, 3 tablespoons of sugar, (American measurements). I put the milk to boil, (high heat) in the meantime I mix the powder with some of the milk I reserve, add the sugar and mix until smooth. Once the milk starts to boil, I take it off the stove and stir in the powder mixture and mix until smooth. I return the pan to the stove stirring constantly, it usually thickens in about 1 minute, I let it boil for another minute under medium heat, then I pour it into serving dishes. I double the amount if I’m making trifle. Hope this helps!

Ingredientes claros, sencillos y beneficiosos para la salud, e instrucciones concisas y fáciles (en español) indicando medidas exactas para no variar la receta original Así, la textura final es semilíquida -al hacerlas con leche desnatada como es mi caso- y el sabor completamente natural y delicioso. Ho preso questa crema perché è priva di uova e visto che mia sorella è allergica ho deciso di acquistarla devo dire che sono rimasta stupita perché credevo che avesse un sapore chimico finto invece è un ottima crema ho fatto sia una crostata di frutta fresca che la famosa torta della nonna con i pinoli e la crema. La crema è rimasta morbida e vellutata dentro la torta non si é indurita per il passaggio in forno cosa che mi è successa invece con una crema di un famoso marchio italiano. La consiglio. In data 15 ottobre 2022 ne ho ricomprata un altra confezione perché ripeto è un ottimo prodotto vi do un consiglio controllate la scadenza quella arrivata oggi scade gennaio 2023. Potevo fare un reso Amazon sempre il top ma non avevo voglia di smarronarmi a portarlo in giro o aspettare il corriere a casa.
