best way to wash the orange strap?

I just put it inside a sock and put it in the washing machine it did the trick

Fits all wrist sizes I have small wrist size six and half fits mine

Does it resist water in any way or is it quite absorbent and hard to dry?

It’s not water resistant but seems to dry quickly. It’s very comfortable, just needs tightened every few days. Great strap, only one I use
